Bottom Line:
Operation INT 30 A is completely hassle free. Giant volume control is a joy to use, has a delicate operation and is accurate. Switching inputs is also intuitive. There are 4 inputs, while the first two have a choice as a symmetrical XLR and RCA phono connections. At this point I have maybe a little lamented the lack of a tape loop. Although it is nowadays clear to everyone that the cassette or tape recorder are not in the limelight, but this "input-output" has today justified, eg. For connecting an external processor type equalizer, high pass filter, and similar devices, regulating sound system especially in the knowledge that they are integrated amplifier (u split version, the device can often applied between the preamplifier and power amplifier). Nor XP-10 does not have this loop, it has to XP-20th Informative fluorescent display is easy to read from a distance and for those who would disturb, it can be dimmed or turned off completely. Like XA 30.5 amplifier is equipped with stand-by when it disconnects output stages, but drivers and other circuits remain energized, so the "start" is accelerated while saving your wallet when you are not listening, which for pure class A not insignificant quantity . However, it is better to leave the amplifier power still - no more then waiting for optimum sound. It is perhaps only a general property of Pass Labs products that permanent on them benefits both sonically and life - eg no. To alternating temperatures. Connections are very good and loudspeaker terminals when a bit of skill vyoperujete meaningless CE plugs can be used not only blades but also banana. Another advantage is the pre-out output, e.g. for connecting the second amplifier (eg XA 05/30) at bi-amplification (see above) or subwoofer, headphones and the like. Maybe I should stress that INT 30A does not need any network washing machines, I especially warned against the use of passive filters - in this case, I have to agree with the manufacturer's recommendations, there is a deterioration in sound quality - especially in the field of dynamics and lightness recitation. The only benefit is the use of high-quality network cable.
Its sound character has INT 30 A closer lampovým amp, but a combination of XA 30.5 + XP-10 respectively. XP-20th Rather, a combination of approaches preamplifier Nagra PL-L (lamp) with XA 30.5. Does the closer to the legendary Aleph series but with the attributes of purity and dynamics of supersymmetry. In a nutshell, it is a very rich sound, from what we expect pure A class along with the ethereal nature and grace, nobility very expensive uncompromising solutions. It might sound heretical, but I felt that the integrated version worked in many aspects better than the above combination XA 30.5 + XP-10th Preserved, deep and holographic plastic space and cleanliness, plus excellent basfundament approached. It is possible that some claims may seem too absolute, but with more than annual testing methods are often verified. Also list your music does not make sense to issue - it would be during that time was truly the scope of a multi-part novel. I can only summarize that there is a genre that would not have been tested and has everything from classical music to techno louder INT 30A with a great overview - so it does not care what you love, here suit everyone.
