Strengths: Clarity, Deep bassWeaknesses: None at this price rangeBottom Line: I use this amp to drive B&W CDM1, I was impressed by this 80W amp. The bass is deep and focus. Truely outstanding midrange. Maybe lots of guys don't think 915R belongs to HiFi catalog. But I think its performence is better than AudioLab8000 and Roksan Capsian.
Price Paid:
$350.00

Strengths: Power, Clarity, ReliabiltyWeaknesses: In my personal unit, if you turn off from the remote,
and later try to switch it back on,
sometimes it won't be turned on until you actually switch it off and on from the main unit
this fault is probably only with my unitBottom Line: Very good sound, robust.
I know about a comparison to a same-level Yamaha amp where the PMA won by far - the bass actually sounded better and
the whole sound was clearer.
Needless to say the comparison took place using the same speakers.
I use it more than 4 years, and have absolutely no complains at all.
