Review 1 of 20

Price Paid:  $0.00 from Boston

Summary:
I listen CAP101 with B&W 704's in my friends home and I loved them. After long search I found CAP151 Demo Model and I purchased them. As a Integrated Amp, it can't get better than. CAP 151 procude, deep bass that you only get tube-amp's. CAP 151 hands down gives $10000 amp sound with even extremly cheap speakers. CAP 151 will be my main system as long as it will last. CAP 151 is not as fancy as new Classe models but it doesn't need to be. I am running with NAD C521BEE B&W 704 Pro cables

Strengths:
Very define Strong and smooth bass Great value under $2000

Weaknesses:
None

Similar Products Used:
I can't even compare any products in that price range. I would say none

Review 5 of 20

Price Paid:  $2200.00

Summary:
A very satisfying design! Sounds like a good hybrid - great clarity, neutral tonal balance, open soundstaging, strong dynamics, weighty bass. Both musically coherent AND exciting to listen to. Very revealing of upstream components. Will make you wonder why you needed separates in the first place. Associated Equipment: Linn LP12 Arcam CD92 Pioneer DV47 Thiel CS22

Strengths:
Built, sexy remote, English speaking techs

Weaknesses:
RCA jacks could be better

Marantz MA-9S2 Power AmplifierThe list above has one tenet that I continue to hold true: high powered amplifiers are necessary to reproduce the full dynamic range of music with most speakers. This became apparent when I changed from the 100 Watt per channel Bella Extreme 100 to the 250 Watt.....
