Awesome first rate amp.Built like a tank
Takes about 200 hours to break in.
Before I got it I was using Xindak tube gear with KT88.
Now I can use KT88 or EL34.I use new Mullard EL34,JJ 12au7 and Golden Lion 12ax7.
This is the most musical amp I have ever listened to,It is full of resolution and emotion.
The imaging and sound stage are first rate.If there is one thing that stands out from the first time I turned on the "5" it is its deep controled bottom end.
Having the ability to switch triode to pentode and switch kt88 to el34 is like having to amps in one! And I never have to Bias.
