It will drive almost any loudspeaker. Some say if You like it. You will never buy another amp. It's really playing well. It has litterally no distortion at all. Having less distortion than required for class A. THD 0,003%. It's made to be 100% clean and crisp. I was astonished to find details in recordings, I've had for years. It's a NO COMPROMISE amp. Things are played, like they're recorded.

The weaknes, to some, is the crystal clear sound. It's really going to test Your setup. Any weaknesses - even in the recording - is shown without mercy. It's well sorted for any dynamic music. But if You want a dominant bass, it's definitely not suited for that purpose.

It plays very dynamic without loosing top or bottom. It's powered by a huge trafo. Should that not be enough it has huge capacitors to backup the muscle. It can drive even low impedance speakers. Seccond hand it can be a real bargain, as many don't know it's qualities. Most modern amps have more distortion. It is a gem. I have a set of B&W 602 S2, which many find hard to get the full potential of. This amp gives them the power they deserve. It's nononsense just pure sound.

Some don't like the pure sound. They want a little more colouration of the sound. So be sure to listen to it before buying. You either love or hate it. It really divides people.
