Summary:
I'm a experienced listener an have owned much different hi-fidelity equipment for more than 30 years. This Jeff Rowland model 301 mono blocks are the most high quality amplifiers a have owned. The build quality is in good Jeff Rowland style like an Rolls Royce. But the sound which are most important for me is of highest precision. It sounds better and more correct than any tube and transistor amplifier I ever have heard. Its now no need for any tube amplifier to get the smooth sound in the high and mid tones. The power and control in the bass tones is perfect. I can listen to all my old vinyl records with open musical sound, and new LP 's and CD 's sounds perfect. You don't believe it before you hear it !
I listen for most to classical and Jazz music!

Strengths:
Perfect articulated sound, seamless homogeneous soundstage, the build quality design and finish is like a Rolls Royce!

Weaknesses:
I can't find any!

I have still this Amplifier set in use and now 2,5year later It's still my reference amplifiers. I use other tube amp's too in periods and test other amps but no one winning over this mono blocks from Jeff Rowland. I have not tested the Wavac's heaviest and most expensive tube mono blocks but those are also in a price 10x more then JR301's.
