Description: Aficionados of single-ended triode amplifiers now can enjoy Jadis quality and performance with this 10 watt pure Class A set featuring hand crafted output transformers with plenty of headroom. Two 300B output tubes, two 5R4WGY rectifiers, and Jadis' painstakingly precise design and manufacturing standards make this the preferred amp for mid-to-high efficiency speakers.<br><br>Like other Jadis units, the output transformers are hand crafted by Jadis without any gap in the magnetic circuits, and are used well below their full possibilities (they can be used on 250 W amplifiers). It is important to have a large output transformer because a direct current crosses the primary in this construction, which in a push-pull construction the direct current in the transformer primary cancels itself out.
