Summary:
Never heard of a CJ 150CA, but I have an SA150, so I assume that is what Audioreview intended.
This is the Sonographe Amp that was replaced by the SA250.
It is 135 watts per channel.
If sounds similar to the CJ MF Amps, just not quite as dymanic at the frequency extremes and detail.
But considering its cost new was less than half what a MF Amp sells for, it is a good value. (List was $1000.)
Out performs and of the high end budget amps from Rotel, NAD and Adcom, Etc.
I had made a direct comparison in my home later with the SA250 and stuck with the SA150. Thought the SA250 was more tube like, but not in a good way. (Rolled off treble, but dry. Not as sweet as tube amps).
So if you can find a used SA150 out there give it a try.

Strengths:
Close to MF Sound on a budget

Weaknesses:
None
