Summary:
I have been following High End Audio since 1992 and have seen and heard a lot of hyperbole, with reviewers almost always saying that "this is the best they have heard" or the new latest model is the "best around". I have listened to many of these gems and they are most often not so great. In fact many of them put me to sleep or create listening fatigue in the short term. I have heard about Chord but have never gotten a listen. These things are truly wonderful. I can listen for hours and be totally involved with the music. They are just right. Real sounding in the best sense. Natural, yet just the right amount of everthing a music lover could want. Great highs, great bass great midrange, and neber sounding compressed even at high volume. Dealers that have looked past this fine brand out of England are really missing out. It looks gorgeous, it sounds gorgerous and it is different from the same old same old you see in every Audio store. They use it in Abbey Road Studios, Sony, EMI, Paul McCartneys Studio and the BBC etc. Frankly if it is good enough for Sir Paul, Its good enough for me. And so I bought them. The 200 watt per channel Model 1000B amplifier and the 2200 Preamp. Big Risk? Never heard them? If it was good enough for Paul McCartney...It should satify me. You know what. He was right! You won't ever want to upgrade....Trust Me. You will enjoy Music so much more than ever before. And the pride of ownership will be in the looks and the Sound , not just the name. Go hear this stuff and your high end journey will be over. It does not get any better if music is what you listen to, (not those "big empty bathroom" sounding cd's from Chesky and the like) The Sound Organization is the new distributor or find it on the Web. This company deserves accolades for what they have produced. This stuff is the best sleeper in Audio. Take it from Sir Paul...I did.

Strengths:
Very transparent,great speed,dynamic,details,textured mid,silky liquid highs.

Weaknesses:
binding posts to close

Summary:
One damn fantastic sounding amp, stability is unconditional! In the same league as Jeff Rowland and Krell.

Moscode 402Au OLT stereo power amplifier Review

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
