Sound (for surround sound) Weaknesses: Remote is a bit akward
2 channel sound a bit harsh Bottom Line: I am currently using this in my home theater setup. This is a very solid reciver with no major oddities in design. The sound quality is good, superior to others within the price range. As a home theater reciever this unit is excellent, in 2 channel as a stereo amp it is a bit harsh at high volume. Overall a great buy.
