DESCRIPTION

The RX-V390 Natural Sound A/V receiver provides high-end performance because it's a Yamaha. Dolby Pro Logic Surround projects dialogue straight from the front, while music and sound effects come from back and sides, creating a highly dramatic and realistic effect. In addition to the Dolby Pro Logic mode, the RX-V390 offers three digital surround modes: Dolby 3 Stereo, Hall and Rock. A 34-key remote control lets you program and control additional components such as a VCR, Laserdisc player, or TV. This receiver lets you hook up not only four audio components, but two audio/video units as well. A linear damping factor of 80 (8 ohms 20 - 20 kHz) means plenty of ability to stop the speaker cone from vibrating when the signal stops. The result is clear crisp pure sound and significantly improved frequency response. Preset stations can be grouped in five sets of eight, according to AM and FM, or musical genre, or any order you desire.
