Review NaN of
, from Wynnewood, PA, US Summary: My experience is consistent with that of the other reviews. On moderate volume the unit has a clean and rather precise sound. The precision of the simulated center speaker and the prologic sound is quite good. However in turning up the volume and trying to compensate for the lack of bass the unit will trigger overload protection and shut down. I have one of these for a little over a year. Used it to drive a pair of Infinity Delta 60 speakers, Delta Center. I find it hard to believe the 4x100 Watt spec. Also, the remote control is rather difficult to use because it is full of equally sized minuscule and identical keys with hard to read legends. The result is that nobody else in the house uses the remote except me. Finaly, it is hard to hook thick cables to the speaker connectors because they snap out easily. It is a good entry level theather to watch cable TV movies. Strengths: Price, precise imaging, neat front panel controls. Weaknesses: Lack of power, frail speaker connectors, hard to use remote.
