Bottom Line:
I actually pick this up for my son as a house warming gift. I did the installation of the unit for him hooking this entry level unit to a full Polk Audio speaker system. The fronts are a pair of RTi4's Center is CS250, rears are T15's and PSW10 sub. The viewing is handle by a 50" Panasonic plasma. The AVR has just what a beginning system needs, not many inputs in the rear, but enough to get you started without feeling you are losing out on something. Only one set of banana plugs for the fronts, all the rest use the spring loaded connectors. Its has enough power to enjoy movies and casual listening of music, it won't shake the room or upset the neighbors, but keep you content until your ready to move up to bigger and better system.
