from The Source Summary: At 100watts per channel, it is not incredibly powerful, but when used with the right equipment it has some excellent potential for the money. This amp was slightly underpowering Polk RTi 10 loudspeakers, offering average performance due to the demand of their four 7inch woofers, two 6.5inch drivers and two 1inch dome tweeters. I have since bi-amped two units, isolating high and low-range signals. In this configuration, there is much room for fine-tuning various signal properties, applying more bass to the woofers and more treble to the tweeters. And, of course, double the power is a factor. I am using an optical signal for highs and digital coax for the lows from the same source (Dvd\Cd player). Both signals are processed simultaneously, despite their different formats. An excellent way to get more for less. Strengths: Reliable, good sound, decent power Weaknesses: Ugly, gets quite warm, big.
