first off i love onkyo i really think they r the best 4 the money and they sound great i also own the 575x but wanted to upgrade so i first wanted to try something new like the denon avr887 so i went ahead and got it took it home and kept it 4 a week it just did'nt cut it sound was there but it was just weak so i went back 2 my roots the 604 is not a joke it say 90 watts but i think it was a miss print it almost push my vega 15's out the box with full sound and bass so don't try something new if u know what's best[MY SET UP ONKYO 604 VEGA 15'S,CENTER,SURROUND,REAR CENTER ALL CERWIN VEGA AND 2 VELODYNE 12 INCH SUBS SONY 60" GRAND WEGA DISH NETWORK ONKYO CD PLAYER AND DVD PLAYER] I TESTED IT WITH A SOUND METER AND IT HIT 158dbs AND MY DEN IS HUGE 20X20

ONKYO DO I NEED TO SAY MORE BUT I'M GOING TO UPGRADE TO THE TX SR805 B/C IT HAS 130 WATTS AND IS THX CERTIFIED BUT DON'T TELL MY WIFE
