Review NaN of , from Mt. Juliet TN USA

Price Paid:  $375.00 from Etronics

Summary:
This is a very solid Amp! Plenty of power and very low distortion .It truly is in line with the Denon tradition of products. The Surround modes are very easy to adjust and each has a very unique quality of ambience. I sue the preamp outs for sterio listening. The lows are very tight and booming and the highs are bright and clear as you would find in an Amplifier 3 times its cost!

Strengths:
Plenty of power at 115wpc X 5
The stereo mode has a very clear sound unlike many surround amplifiers. Various settings for each surround mode makes this amp extremely complient for various room dimensions. Remote and front panel access for all functions.Preamplifier outputs for all channels.Very well built ,solid chassis,Runs cool.

Weaknesses:
The remote is a bit cumbersome early on.
FM tuner needs a very good antenna. ( factory antenna is cheap ! as so many are )
