The Boston Acoustics AVP7 is an extremely versatile high-end audio component.
A preamplifier (to me at least) is the perfect harness for all of our devices, at least from an audio control standpoint.
Computers, I-Devices, Phones, DVD, Satellite, Turntable, Etc -- this preamp can control them all with a front input open for the guests!
The second zone with it's own remote is a nice feature as well.
A preamp should not get in the way, and the AVP7 is certainly audiophile worthy, as clean sounding as these ears have heard.
