Bottom Line: well i have to say going from a a/v receiver to a pre amp was a step i wish i would have done a long time ago and the NADM15 sure has me on the edge of my seat. now i still have my Denon 4802 and the sound from it is great but the NAD brought my home theater to life.i hear things that i have not heard before from the THX to fantastic stereo sound the fine adjustment in the cross over to the dialog boost which helps a lot in most of the DOLBY sound tracks it was easy to set up i had only one problem the picture was in black and white only so i made a call and found out that i didnt set up the monitor right after that it was up and going and fun to play with and yes there is a lot to play with as adjustments in delay and crossover and sound, bass and treble dialog boost along with front, center and suround volume boost and the remote is a dream come true, very simple and easy to use plus at a touch it lights up. i would recommend the NADM15 for both home theater and audio in making the switch from receivers to pre amps or an up grade from old to new. ive been playing with audio video for over 20 years and looks like i need to catch up on what ive been missing
