Review 1 of 6

Price Paid:  $10.00

Summary:
This remote will not work with my new Panasonic TV. None of the codes work. I am angry; it's supposed to be universal, yet it clearly is not. I will return it immediately.

Strengths:
It's silver in color.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't work!

Review 2 of 6

Price Paid:  $16.00

Summary:
Waste of money. Will not operate on Tocom Cable Box. The only working code (2000 for Tocom) will only change the volume and channels (up/down). Numeric keypad and power button will not work unless I hold the remote within 2 inches to the cable box. This is because with code 2000, the signal is sent as a single "ping" instead of continuous stream (green light blinks once while button is pressed). Why do they do that???? For my Sony XBR I had to switch between 2 different codes in order to access all menu features. My 10 years old Zenith universal remote works heck of a lot better for that matter!! Do not buy it even if you have to spend a buck!!!

Strengths:
Would not know. Through it in the garbage in an hour after it refused to operate my Cable Box.

Weaknesses:
How should I put.. Does not work!!!

Review 3 of 6

Price Paid:  $41.00 from International Stereo

Summary:
The second universal remote replacement I had to buy because my dog had eaten my last one, it's not what I was told when I bought it. I received no instructions manual in the box, and the disappointing remote cannot be returned because I got it on sale. Don't bother wasting your money.

Strengths:
None.

Weaknesses:
The fact that you have to punch in a bunch of different numbers and codes to turn on the TV; and everything else that it doesn't do.

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $30.00 from Fred Meyer's

Summary:
Don't waste your time thinking you'll be able to find a quality product at your local department store. Order the Sony RMV900. My friend, the local audiophile prefers the latter.

Strengths:
My dogs haven't eaten it yet.

Weaknesses:
My dogs haven't eaten it yet. It's programming & learning functions are virtually useless. It did not operate specific components identified in the manual. Jenson customer support was not helpful at all.

Similar Products Used:
Pioneer, One for All, Sony

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
