Strength:

Wood finish, strength, fit of parts, visual impact, size.

Weakness:

Instructions are poorly written.

This is a furniture grade audio rack I bought recently for my PrimaLuna 2 tube integrated amp/ACI Sapphire XL speaker/Eastern Electric MiniMax CDP system. I found it easy to put together, in about 1/2 hour. The instructions are not great, but with a little common sense it was not difficult.
We have very nice furniture in our living room where it resides and the light cherry with black square posts looks very nice. My wife does not like the black posts, but then again, she does not even like a system in the living room! Compromises, I guess.
Soundwise, the rack is so solid that I believe there is very little, if any, vibration transmission between components or rack to component. All I know is that my system sounds absolutley fantastic and this rack adds to my enjoyment of the audio experience.

Customer Service

Not used. I'm giving it an overall 4 star as i think most people over-rate on this site and for the poor instructions.

Fiber board and concrete blocks. Close call but I think I like the look of this rack better! :)
