Summary:
After searching for quite a while I finally found the perfect DVD rack. I have nothing bad to say about this product. The price may scare away people from purchasing products from Boltz but when you carefully examine the high quality build and design you'll realize what you're paying for. When I recieved the stand it came incomplete; lacking the stabilizing pieces for the bottom. At first I was upset by this inconvienance but the customer service was excellant as the missing parts were rushed to me the day after I wrote an e-mail to the company. They also sent an apology letter and gave me a discount voucher. Many companies could learn a valuable lesson from these guys.

This is beautifully built all metal unit. This is an item that you know will never break, meaning it will last a lifetime. If you're skeptical as to what the actual finish ia like Boltz will send you a beautiful sample w/pictures. Boltz's customer service is wonderful as well. They e-mail you to see if you received the product and if there were any problems.
