Price Paid: $12.00 from Parts Suppliers

Summary:
How does one review how a capacitor sounds, without knowing the rest of the system used. Tubes or solid state? The dsesign and usage is a matter of trial and error, but I will say from experience that foil and film caps are excellent for tube circuits, yielding some of the most detail and music ever from an amplifier or preamp. It is best to get some technical information, know the size requirements used and be willing to make an investment of money and time.

Strengths:
Accurate musical detail, non-irritating, great bass, midrange and highend response

Weaknesses:
large sizes
