DESCRIPTION

The RX-V395 is a 5-channel receiver providing superb Pro Logic performance and processing and Yamaha's Digital Sound Field Processing, and Cinema DSP. The RX-V395 can easily accept the decoded output from any 5.1 channel surround system, whether it's Dolby Digital, DTS, MPEG-2, DVD Audio, or a system not yet developed. Discrete power transistors rather than IC chips are used in the amplifier section to provide the cleanest sound possible. The amp delivers 60 watts each to the three front channels and 60 watts each to the rear surround channels. Yamaha's YSS-203 chip provides Digital Dolby Pro Logic with full channel separation and no-front-to-back bleed through as well as 35mm Cinema DSP. Yamaha's exclusive Digital Sound Field Processing for music recreates the acoustic personalities of actual concert halls and other venues.
