Yamaha HTR-5130 A/V Receivers

Yamaha HTR-5130 A/V Receivers

DESCRIPTION

The HTR-5130 is a 5-channel receiver providing superb Pro Logic performance and processing and Yamaha's Digital Sound Field Processing and Cinema DSP. The HTR-5130 can easily accept the decoded output from any 5.1 channel surround system, whether it's Dolby Digital, DTS, MPEG-2, DVD Audio or a system not yet developed. Discrete power transistors rather than IC chips are used in the amplifier section to provide the cleanest sound possible. The amp delivers 60 watts each to the three front channels and 60 watts each to the rear surround channels.

I bought this receiver from a pawn shop in Palatine IL for $35! The receiver was like new and it came with the remote control! It is full with options! You can hook up 4 speakers with 2 side speakers and a subwoofer! To be honest I have had a lot better home theater receivers! This one is made too complicated and most of the buttons you don't even use! It has some power and bass! The sound is good but there is something that is not right with it! I got a good deal on it and thats why I bought it!
