Strength:

Light weight due to the design. Many DSP to choose from. It look elegant. Easy to setup. A lot of connection in the back.

Weakness:

The size of the unit is long. You need a lot of head room for the receiver to cool because it run very hot. Remote is quite big in my hand. Not much for the price I paid.

Brought this for my home entertainment. I have a lot of speakers and the 7.1 channels help to connect all the speakers I have perfectly. This receiver is rated at 70Watts per channel. This is enough for my bedroom. My speakers consist of MB Quart 3 as the front speakers. MB Quart 304C as the Center. MB Quart 1 as the side surround, JBL E-10 as rear surround. I use a Y adaptor to split the LFE signal to the MK IV 10" Subwoofer and Velodyne VRP 1000. The receiver sound very nice and with many DSP to choose from.
