I had this device in the package for a few years, never used, and, over this time technology has advanced to higher capacity mp3 players but, I wanted to have some dedicated personal music while in the garage while futzing around..so I cracked open the package, dragged some tunes over from itunes and hooked it up to an amplified pc speaker....works well for my purposes.

Likes: small, 1 aaa battery, sounds good, shuffle play, It recognized a 2GB SD card (i.e. more music capacity!)

Challenges: a pain to have to spend the time to cherry pick through my music to accommodate the original 512MB capacity. It will not recognize a 16GB SD card (still troubleshooting this), slow start-up when turned on
