Picture was outstanding with the crispness of collor and brilkliancy.

The tv has been in service for 15 months and it had a popping sound and the picture is now horrible and unclear.

I read alot of reviews stating how great the quality of the picture was in calrity and color. I have owned a few Zenith tv in the past had had very good service and reliability with their brand.

Customer Service

Zenith did agree to extend the one year warranty and cover parts and labor. I suysoect their might be a problem with these TV's. Also the authorized dealer will take more than a week to come look ata it and then who knows how long to make the nes=cessary reapirs. Hopefully it can be done on site and have the parts.
