Yet another Signature?Yes! This little monster is the most priceworthy speaker i have ever heard!
Based on the Swedish manufacturer QLN´s signature standmount model. Which
means a solid cabinett equiped with Scanspeak´s carbonfiber 7" bass/midrange (Sonus faber, Wilson.....) and Scanspeak´s Relevator tweater. And a special
crossover ecuiped with MIT capacitors. Designed by the swedish high end
store Hifi-Consult. The first thing that hits you are the total lack of tonal
colouring. The deep bass capacaty and totally hilarious presence.
I compared it to the Dynaudio Craft (priced 2500 £). And found them lacking
in bass control and a more grainy tremble. This compared to the Signature.
They are delivering both a relaxed and a if demanded explosive sound.
They are quite picky on recordings. Playing well recorded music. They are
revealing small details whitch makes you smile like a baby. At the same time
you will have to revalue your record collection. But they´re worth it, beleve me!
