Bottom Line: Paid NZ$250 for it (about US$170) 2nd hand (although in brand new condition, hardly used) Its a good looking sub, has all the usual adjustments for crossover frequency selection, volume control, multiple inputs etc. Manual recommends never to turn the volume to the max (don't they recommend this with most devices?)
The amount of bass that kicks in obviously depends on the song you're playing, but with hard core dance music with really good beats it literally shakes the entire house. Too much bass kills clarity IMO so I have volume set about half way. Good amplification overall, 150W is more than enough.
