from dixons Summary: i've had rio carbon for over a year now, and it has failed on me not once yet. the player it self is quiet slim and fits discretely in a jean pocket. the sound quality is good, battery life is good as well (better than ipod mini at the time). it gives around 15 to 17 hours playback now. have to account for the usage. the transfer is a breeze as it is drag and drop, so doesnt need any software to transfer music (although it provides one). Strengths: good sound quality
well made
good battery life
simple and fast transfer from pc Weaknesses: takes a tad long to turn on and little hiss sound during turning on...then again im being extremely picky.
