Very musical and sweet sound with resolution, good bass definition, but not special dynamic, comes with built in headphones input. Uses EL84 power tubes and pre tubes ECC83 which means you have a wide selection of brands to choose from: Svetlana, Tesla, Sovtek, Golden Lion, etc or new old stock: like Mullard, Amperex, Telefunken or Siemens. In my test NOS Amperex is the best. Unfortunately amplifier not built in soft start. IMHO it is important when you use rare and expensive tubes.
