 MC200
A compact two-way ""satellite"" main speaker, the MC200 is designed for easy placement, elegant appearance, and superb fidelity. The MC200's small enclosure size is surprising considering its 4-inch bass driver reaches down to below 80Hz. This makes the MC200 an ideal companion to a subwoofer in a high-performance stereo or home theater system.

 MC300
A compact but powerful main speaker, the Newton MC300 uses two 4-inch midrange drivers and a 1-inch reinforced silk dome tweeter -- the same array found in the T300 tower speaker. In fact, the MC300 is the perfect center channel for the T300 towers. But it is more than just a center channel. Its MTM (midrange-tweeter-midrange) design produces a robust, wide-range, well-dispersed output with outstanding musical accuracy. The MTM array also makes the MC300 ideal for use in a home theater system because it can act as a left main, center and right main speaker -- resulting in smooth, seamless transitions across the home theater's soundstage.

 MC500
The MC500 is a very high-output speaker whose component drivers match those in the top-of-the-line T500 tower speaker. It's ideal for use as a center speaker in a home theater system that includes T500s -- or any system that requires high output and high accuracy. The MC500's midrange and high-frequency drivers share a common mounting platform, configured for horizontal enclosure placement (typical of center channels). The mid/high frequency platform may also be shifted 90 degrees, allowing vertical placement, so the MC500 can be used as a main speaker.

Marantz MA-9S2 Power AmplifierThe list above has one tenet that I continue to hold true: high powered amplifiers are necessary to reproduce the full dynamic range of music with most speakers. This became apparent when I changed from the 100 Watt per channel Bella Extreme 100 to the 250 Watt.....

A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
