S1 The S-1 & S-3 speaker are compact 2-way monitors with Low Frequency extension to 40 Hz and can be used as main or surround speakers. It also has threaded inserts underside for stand or ceiling mount. The S3 is a 2.5 way system employing 2 x 5inch woofers one above and one below the tweeter. The bass extension is usable down to 35 Hz.
S5 The S-7and S-5 Towers feature a rotating base to allow the best angle to suit the listener. By gradually rotating the speaker on the base it is easy to find the best position for improved stereo imaging. The speaker rotates on a roller bearing that can be tightened by a threaded thumbscrew on the underside of the base. This user adjustment allows how free or resistive the speaker can rotate.
The S5 uses 2 woofers which both produce bass but the top woofer only is only propagating mid-range frequencies. The S7 uses 3 woofers, the top one producing mid-range and bass. This alignment known as a 2.5 way gives a smoother transition from low to high frequencies making the speaker sound seamless and natural.
The vent loading is computer optimized to give greater bass output with improved power handling since the vent alignment actually reduces cone excursion on bass notes and therefore distortion

Moscode 402Au OLT stereo power amplifier Review
George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.
Lowther’s DX-65 driver in the Teresonic Magus XR Review
A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.
Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review
The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
