Strength:

Detailed, natural, smooth, 3d sound, deep bass, beautiful construction.......

Weakness:

None!

I have them pluged with a Yamaha RX-797 and a Marantz CD5001. They sound very natural with a very good stereo image. Someone can understand the different instruments very easy. They like "natural" instruments and human voices. They sound smooth and "sweet" and at the same time uncolored. They are very detailed and the bass is deep and enough. They can be placed near the walls. I have them 14cm away from the back wall and they are just great. They have 3d sound as long as the recording is good. There is a specific song that I can listen to the music to generate 3m away from the left speaker at the height of my left ear on the wall. Amaizing!! There is another song that I can "feel" the chord of the bass guitar to vibrate!! Great choice!

I don't think that there is a better speaker at this price level.

Strength:

Clean, natural, detailed, nice bass, relaxing sound, nice luxurious look.

I bought them 6 months ago for 1000 Euros and pluged them in a Yamaha RX-797, 2 channel amp. They are located just 10cm from the back wall which raises 6db the lower frequencies. In my opinion this is better, because it helps to create a more linear frequency response over almost the entire spectrum, apart from the region between 60 and 100 Hz, which is raisen and give a stronger bass. I think this is due to the extra flow port.

What can I say. Dip bass, clean, detailed and balanced sound, easy listening. Although they are pluged in as I said to to a Yamaha, they create a 3D stage (in clasic music, conserts etc) and someone can say where instruments are located. They are natural and singer voices sound very nice as well as natural instruments. My experience is not big, but I like what I hear very much.
