Very underrated. Shares platform and drive with Phonosophie P3 (rumored to be Julian Vereker's favorite TT) - same chassis and plinth, same leaf spring suspension, same Berger-Lahr motor, same pulley/drive belt, same RDS/Widia mirror finish brass bearing, same armboard, etc. Only difference is tonearm and electronics. I find this table to be sonically a cut above anything in the vintage TD3XX and TD1XX series, and comparable to the new TD350. Just as transparent and musical as LP12/Ittok but with fuller and deeper bass. TP90 arm sounds great but is finicky: arm height is difficult to optimize given finicky cueing device with limited adjustment range. Autolift mechanism is made of plastic, breaks easily when tightened and not easily adjusted by the average user. Flimsy armrest also prone to breakage. IMO systems on older TD1XX tables are more consistent and reliable.
