Strength:

-Excellent LF extension, below 30 Hz in my room (corner loaded) -Good build quality -Excellent parts; driver and amp look to be 2-3x more expensive than counterparts in this arena

Weakness:

None except what you'd expect from such a small sub: -Not the deepest bass you can find (but probably for the size AND price) -Chuffing at ear-splitting volumes -Phase is 0-180 rather than variable -Power cord is attached rather than detachable These are niggles, though!

Was looking for a small sub for a 14x17x8.5 room to replace an Energy S8.2 that was buzzing like crazy. After reading a number of consumer and professional reviews, I settled on a choice between Outlaw Audio's LFM-2 and Orb Audio's Super 8. I chose the latter due to size considerations and haven't looked back. This little baby pumps bass for its size! And it's nice, taut bass too -- definitely what I was looking for. Had to turn down its volume knob two times: once as it was breaking in, then again after finding a nice BlueJeans cable I'd hidden from myself to replace a 20' long el cheapo I'd been using. All in all, a product well worth its purchase price. If you have a small room, limited size for a sub, and want excellent bass, this sub is well worth your consideration.
