Strength:

As ablove. Great array of adustments and a fine control panel.

Weakness:

Need two people to move it safely... weighs nearly 100lbs

I think this is one of the best subs ever made. I don't know about products in the super hi price range but for the msrp of $2100.00 I don't think anything comes close.

Its the way the bass blends into the rest of the music that makes the difference. No booming just blending. I can listen to most soundtracks with the sub turned all the way up and it purrs like a baby and gives managable loudness when required. Of course with 800 watts it will blow the roof of when called for.

The "room correction" function identifies all the accoustic anomalies and corrects for them so the sub produces the right sound for the area. I think thats a big reason why the bass is so compatible with the rest of the music

Customer Service

Mixed bag. The ysent two woofers promptly, within days, that I needed in warranty for bookshelf speakers. Then had very bad problem when I had to wait six weeks for mew crossovers for my RF7 floorstander. Would not let this stop me though since product is great and I think this was an isolated incident.
