loud bass

may find other subwoofers with more punctuation and a faster driver i would recommend def tech if that was more what your looking for and not just deep loud bass

if your looking for a subwoofer and think BIC america might be an option... look at www.Acousticsounddesign.com ! its the kind of online store that I wish I had known about sooner so that I could have saved some money! i Bought my BIC V1220 here and it was been great for the last two years, even though i accidentally maxed the volume knob, it still sounds good. Besides the great deals,at www.acousticsounddesign.com the delivery speed is at par and the products are quality. Acoustic Sound Design is an authorized dealer for many of the brands sold as well, which adds security and reliability to your purchase. My order was taken easily with no delays and I was even given a discount for my future purchases. Although it is a great site, it seems that some of the specs on their products could be updated and more accurate. This was no problem for me though, I usually look on the manufacturers website for my product anyways. Most products I have looked at on the site have been killer deals but I realize some are not: cables for example, can be found at much lower prices elsewhere provided that you give up a little buyer security I guess. I purchased a BIC V1220 subwoofer and have no complaints about it (great subwoofer for the price by the way! Only $224 including shipping). I revisit the site often and whenever a friend is looking for audio equipment, I send them the link. My overall satisfaction is enough to recommend to any of my friends.

Customer Service

when i was buying MY BIC america speakers and sub, I had a local retailer call the manufacturing to check on another dealers authority in selling and that all went okay. other than that I have never had to deal with the customer service.
