Worked for a year and a 1/2

i s video input.

My tv is currently in the Ultamate electronics service center (8 weeks and counting) and is awaiting a "module?" after having the CRT replaced, several IC's and transistors they still cant fix this piece of crap. I am very dissapinted both in Zenith and Ultamate electronics. I purchased the extended warantee and "full replacement" is a boldface lie!!! Next time I will spend the extra $100 for a Sony from Bestbuy!

for the price its a great tv very clear picture good sound for a tv i dont think there is any weaknesses i can think unless i sit here and think for a hour but f@ck that its a great tv go get it for a entry level HT tv!





umm i do not know anything about tvs but obvoisly i can tell if something is cheap and $hity this tv is more than what i need for what i use it for

Poor quality junk tuner. Weak, inadequate power supply.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought the set 10/97 and it now sits in the town dump with all the other junk. The set was a lemon from the start. I bought the set to replace my NEC, another dissapointment. After the set suffered its second major failure, first the tuner and then the power supply, I contacted Zenith and was told there was nothing they could do. What happened to the claim "The quality goes in before the name goes on"? The salesman where I purchased the set told me after the fact that the only reason they carry the Zenith line was to appease little old ladies who know and buy nothing but Zenith. In fact the salesman stated the tuner and power supply problems before I even mentioned it. Whats that tell you?
