I really don't know the Model year for my Loudspeaker. I bought in 2008 ($1000.00) and it was replaced by a new one in 2009. When it works, it sounds Great. However, it went out in 2009 after having it less than a year. Tried replacing fuse, etc., still did not work. The newer Loudspeaker started with a low buzzing noise last week. (I've only had this one about a year) The fuse blew so I replaced it. Now when I turn it on, it has a loud buzzing noise. Green light is on, it works, but has this annoying buzzing sound. I would not recommend buying this loudspeaker. I have had too many problems with it.
