Depth in explosions, gives your system an all-round better bass-feel.

It starts to back down at extremely deep rumbles. It lacks punch when it comes to fast and fierce bass.

So far I've been very pleased with my Eltax subwoofer and especially when it comes to exsplosions or crashes. I.e. the plane crash in "Fight Club" and the helicopter crash in "The Matrix". Also the scene in the Haunting where somebody "knocks at the door". FANTASTIC!
It's also very capable when it comes to Rock music but it lacks a fast punch when you listen to music which demands fast and direct bass. It just doesn't deliver.
Otherwise it's been very good to me and with it's size it can always be disguised as a coffee-table...
