Bottom Line:
I just wanted to say that having used these on and off along with a pair of Mission 701's, I find that drums in particular have a pleasing clarity with these speakers in my set up(with cable talk 3.1 cable/denon PMA-250se amp/sony CDP-XE330).

Bottom Line:
These speakers are deeply unimpressive. They lack any dynamic expression or transparancy. Their bass is just one low droney note and thier treble makes you think that you are wearing ear muffs.
In their defence they never offend with harsh treble.

Bottom Line:
m2.5 is very good for a/v speaker.

Well balanced midrange sounds gave great satisfaction, and bass beyond it's size surprised me.

If you are a first-step a/v user, I recommend this speaker.

Bottom Line:
This is the best buy i have ever done.
I didn't have any expectations to this speaker.
Actually, I just bought it because I needed to listen to music while i was saving money to buy the bigger Tannoy saturn. The sound and looks of these guys really surprised me. I have never heard any speaker within the same pricerange, sound like this! It was great. I just laughed when i first hooked them up! This is a winner!!
