This combinayion is also perfect. i heard this combination in an studio from een musicstore. the dolby surroundreceiver is from Denon, the subwoofer from Celestion en the speakers from Jamo art and Jamo artina for the back and the tv from JVC. Bottom Line:
I bought these for the same reason anyone would buy a flat panel speaker:ergonomics! The room I had to use these speakers in dictated they had to be virtually invisible. I have been pleasantly surprised buy the level of performance these speakers deliver. They play louder than you would expect, with good detailed mid range and smooth high frequency reproduction. Everything they do is surprisingly good, although the bass reprodution is passable it is no substitute for well designed full range speaker. I happen to have several,KEF,PSB LEGACY,and Paradigm. These speakers are excellent background speakers and are not fatiguing. Where space is limited these speakers are more than adequate. Measured against full range,a three star rating. Against other small speakers a four star rating. Jamo is a good designer of modest stuff.

Bottom Line:
Very clear and nice sound.
Can play prettey loud.
A bit weak bass, but whith a subwoofer or a pair of big floorspeakers that doesn´t matter.
Very good speakers.

Bottom Line:
I just purchased these speakers for use in my home theater system after the long drawn out fight with my wife over speaker appearences. These are the first reasonably thin wall mount speakers that I have ever heard with a reasonable sound. Unlike the Infinity flat speakers, these have a reasonable amount of bass. Nevertheless, any serious listener will want to mate these speakers with a subwoofer as the 5 1/2" woofer is more suited to midrange. These speakers are quite neutral in their tonal range, unlike most speakers in this price range which tend to be overly bright in the treble. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs to consider appearence and placement in designing a listening system.

A day of good company, good food and shopping for art.

I rarely have Sunday off from work. I had today free and a neighbor and I went to Easton Towne Center for lunch and their Art Affair. Here is my latest purchase.Read More »

Turn your audio files into wall art.

I love this idea!!! There are so many pieces of music that have been an inspiration to me or played a very important part of my life. I'm seriously considering doing a custom piece. I just have to narrow down my choices to one. [url=http://ca.news.yahoo.com/blogs/right-click/turn-audio-files-be ... Read More »

Art Prints?

I have not bought an art print for years. I used to buy posters from art exhibitions at museums. Today my collection is composed mostly of original paintings, engravings and signed artist proofs. Oh and of course my photography. My question is does anyone buy art prints and have them framed. I re ... Read More »

Art Dudley on Tube Types...

As people seem entrenched on one tube being lousy while another is great I happened upon Art Dudley's take on some of the Tube types. "Even at its humblest, a 300B is a fine thing. And at its best, this classic triode output tube can deliver some of the most intoxicating music playback imaginable ... Read More »
