Strength:

Muy buenos agudos. Altísima fidelidad.

Weakness:

Strength:

Mids and highs.

Weakness:

Not a lot of bass unless cranked.

Bought for my then Fiance (now my wife) We still have the Infinity's my Cerwin-Vega AT10's are history. (AT10's were great for college. Large Bass impossible to fry, almost!) The Infinity's are much clearer and get just as loud as you want (esp. for HT use). The bass is nowhere near as thunderous as the CV's but that goes without saying. (6 1/2 in woofers in a bookshelf vs. 10 in woofers in a floorstand) but a subwoofer fills that deficiency nicely. Plus, some valuable floorspace in our livingroom has been cleared. Great speaker at a price that won't break the bank or take up all of your floorspace.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. I bought them for my son a few years ago, and now they are positioned as my Home Theatre Rears. They are a perfect match for my centre speaker in Home Theatre mode. The family room comes alive when they take command of background sound.

I have owned a pair of SM-65's for over four years now, and I couldn't be happier with their stellar performance. I have never heard another speaker it's small size even come close in comparison. Every detail of my music is brought alive by them, from solid bass all the way up to the clash of a symbol, in perfect harmony. I would recommend these to anyone with any type of musical taste. Buy a pair, you won't be dissapointed.

i sold my sm-65 and bought definitive tech pb-10 i didnt listen to pb10 but i bought based on reviews by magazines..my ex sm65 surpassed bp 10 (that cost around $1000 a pair )in every phase except the bass...now i know that i shouldnt have listened to reviews without listening to it myself ..now if i only could get my old speakers back..before that i have compared sm65 to many speakers and it always came the winner..i havent found any speaker that exceeded sm65 by the warmth and clearity and handling all the midhighs and highs..the female voice is nothing but excellent..spl is 94 u could really feel the speaker right on ur face challeges u to bring whatever speaker u could think off and it would send them back to the shop..i tell u ..i loved my sm65 and now i love them even more and i really miss them
