Bought the SE version from Richer Sounds ..set them up (using spirit level) front ,back side top etc ..I know anorak...!! Initial sound was very top end..however as they "burnt in " they became softer and more musical ..I am only using 35amp valve power amp and this is more than adequate to drive them ..nice presence in the room (even wife likes them) Bonus !!
I am hoping to try some different cable combinations to see if they loosen up further..but so far so good ..recommended at the price...........

Strength:

Treble - treble - treble. They are stunning.

Weakness:

None as far as I can see.

Nothing can be more subjective than a pair of speakers, where one man's meat is another man's poison.
Bought them first hand from what apparently appeared to be some short of stock clearance from Germany.
At 23kg these are the heaviest speakers I have ever purchased. ?y back still hurts me.
Case is composite, but most probably you 'll never realize it. And yes it takes about one hundred hours to get the most of these speakers.
Transparency is the name of the game here. Mature bass and mellow mids. Suitable for most kinds of music. They are easy to work with lesser powered amps, mine is at 2x145W rms.
I have not regret it.

Customer Service

Both front grilles arrived with a number of broken pins. Both replaced at a reasonable cost. The German importer maintains a stock of spares.
