Many reviewers and listeners heralded the Energy Connoisseur C-5 (the precursor to the C-500) as the leader in performance in this category, but that is about to change. The C-Series C-500 is capable of greater extension, slam and impact than its predecessor, with less distortion and better articulation. Let’s not forget the 1” chambered aluminum dome tweeter that resides above the 2 woofers. This exclusive HyperbolicTM dome tweeter, now in its 5th generation, offers the dispersion, imaging and soundstage that has helped make Energy Speakers the brand it is.

Port plugs are included for the two rear ports, to control bass performance in your listening room, another example of the care and consideration put into every design. The removable high gloss base is even removable, for those instances where a slightly different look is desired.
