Strictly as an MP3 player the Lyra works very well, and it has numerous good features, including great sound, graphic equalizer, good battery life, voice and FM recorder function, audio book function, 16GB memory (14.74GB available), a larger 2.2 inch screen, easy to use, affordable price, and small size. Unique is its ability to record streaming video/audio and immediately put it into the player. It also plays nearly any file you can play on your computer.
But most people like myself also would like to see videos with a memory this size, and the picture is not clear. The picture blurs, has lines through it, and looks terrible compared side by side with other video players. This is what really makes me regret buying this player.
