Review 2 of 5

Price Paid:  $230.00 from USAEXPRESS

Summary:
If you are looking for great sound board of low cost this is for you! But remenber, if you don't have a speaker like FPS1000 or others you will prefer a AWE64 - 1024 etc... because the power of sound in cheaps speakers is very, very poor in this card(MP3+)! I m not talking about the quality, but the high volume.
So if you want invest in this board prepare to buy a good speaker!

Review 4 of 5

Summary:
In General, this is an excellent soundcard, from opening the box the manuals are clear and simple, guiding you through the installiation quickly in the usual Creative Labs style. To say the quality is excellent is an understatment. First class work Creative!!

Summary:
This is a great sound card. It is just as good as the Sound Blaster X-Gamer but maybe a little weaker for games. But it is still VERY good quality! In my opinion it doesn't sound any different at all that the X-Gamer. It comes with a lot of COOL Programs to edit sound make songs make mp3 and so on.

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
