When I turned 16, I decided that I relly needed a better system than the sony-piece-of-crap-boombox I had. I didn't have a lot of money. I budgeted $250 for a minisystem. $250 dollars doesn't get much in a minisystem, but I when I went to Circut City, I found an out of box special on the MX-C220. Normally something like $400, they sold it to me for $300 because someone returned it. I have NO clue why they would have returned that minisystem. I've had it for 2+ years, and it sounds great. Its obviously not up to par with the unobtainable (for me) systems out there, but for 300 bucks I couldn't have asked for better. It has great bass, evrything is fully operatable from the remote, and it looks really cool. When I get old and really rich, I'll buy the best system on the market, but until then I'm quite content with my JVC.
