Strength:

Size, uses 1 regular AAA battery (lasts 3 hours)

Weakness:

Don''t play MP3 but proprietary kind of files. It takes hours of your precious time converting your MP3 files and takes another big part of your hard disk with the new TAF files. Do not install in Windows XP. Toshiba requires taht you send the device back to them to convert to Windows XP but it takes weeks to return.

Bought the device to use in the academy, because it is the smallest, uses regular battery (I hate chargers)and sounded great on the store. I got frustrated because it does not install in Windows XP, will not transfer music without the Toshiba Audio Software in Japanese and the software creates a copy of your MP3 files which will have the termination TAF. This means that you must have 2 times bigger hard drive to listen to your music with the device. I would not buy it and do not recomend. TRy something that can play MP3 music directly,
